  • I offer private yoga classes for individuals, small groups (2-1, 3-1, etc.). Whether you're looking to deepen your practice, address specific goals, or enjoy a more intimate setting, I’m here to help you along your wellness journey.

  • I also offer Reiki treatments, perfect for those seeking relaxation, balance, and healing.

  • In addition, I host private events such as hen parties, where you and your group can enjoy a unique and rejuvenating experience with yoga and Reiki. These sessions are designed to be both fun and restorative, providing a special way to celebrate with loved ones.
