Kenya Yoga Retreat
Reconnect, Rest & Rewild
21 β 27 February 2027
Kilima Gardens, Nanyuki, Kenya
Reconnect, Rest & Rewild is a 7-day immersive yoga retreat held in the foothills of Mount Kenya designed for those who feel busy, stretched, or quietly disconnected from themselves.
Here, your days begin in sunrise stillness. You move with mountain views. You eat food grown from the surrounding land. You rest deeply.
You are not asked to perform, achieve, or keep up. You are invited to soften.
There are retreats you attend. And then there are retreats that gently bring you back to yourself - this is one of those retreats.
A yoga retreat like no other. This nature-rooted yoga retreat blends gentle movement, healing energy, and cultural immersion to nurture your body, mind, and spirit.
Held in the stunning natural beauty of Kenyaβs highlands, youβll experience soulful practices, delicious plant-based meals, and warm community connection.
Whether youβre seeking deep rest, renewed vitality, or a meaningful escape, this retreat offers a grounding sanctuary to rediscover your true self.
Early-Bird Price Available!
