About alice faulkner

Hello I’m Alice,

I have been practising yoga for 9 years, and am a Hatha, Vinyasa & Trauma- Informed Restorative Yoga teacher, Reiki Practitioner & NHS Doctor based in Leeds, UK.

My yoga practice has its roots in:

  • personal growth

  • fostering connection

  • a deep reverence for nature

In my yoga classes you can expect a serene & supportive atmosphere that grounds you, with an emphasis on the fundamentals of yoga: asanas, philosophy and history.

I will guide you to connect with your breath, body & intuition; helping you to realise & embrace your full potential.

You will leave my yoga classes feeling stronger with greater self-trust, and feeling more authentically you than you did coming in.

We have a selection of sunrise (pre-work), morning, evening & weekend Yoga Flow & Restorative Yoga classes suitable for all levels. As well as delightful evening Small Group Reiki evening sessions.

Private (1:1 or 2:1) Yoga & Reiki sessions are available too.
